Refund policy

At Nichapha Art, every piece is created or produced with intention, care, and emotional meaning. I want you to feel confident and supported when welcoming artwork into your home.

Because many pieces are made to order, limited edition, or original, this policy balances fairness, sustainability, and artistic integrity.

Returns Due to Damage or Defective Items

While rare, damage can occasionally occur in transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos of:

  • The external shipping box

  • The shipping label

  • The damage to the artwork or frame

Where possible, we will offer a replacement.
If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit of equal value.

In some cases, a return may be required for assessment. If so, we will cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

Original Artworks — Final Sale

Due to the unique and collectible nature of original paintings, all original artwork sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If an original arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess a fair resolution.

Fine Art Prints — Made to Order

All fine art prints are made to order, produced with care and attention.

Change of Mind

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If you would like help choosing before purchasing, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to guide you.

Order Cancellations (Prints Only)

Because prints are produced to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.

After this time, we may not be able to cancel or amend your order once production has begun.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will assess whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is the most appropriate solution.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction.

Please Do Not Return Items to Printers or Framers

Some artworks ship directly from professional fine art printers or framers.
Please do not send returns to the address on your shipping label, as we cannot guarantee safe receipt.
